Where we ship?
We ship across the United States (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.) and to Canada.
Shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on all US and Canada orders. No minimum.
Processing and delivery
Orders ship from our California fulfillment center and are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
United States: most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days via USPS.
Canada: most orders are delivered within 6 to 10 business days. Any customs fees or duties, if they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, please wait 48 hours, then contact us and we will locate it or send a replacement at no cost. If your package arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
